I wrote these songs on the piano and recorded them all within one week after getting out of the hospital for a torn esophagus. I lost nearly half my bodies blood and almost died. I was still extremely anemic, recording from my couch and bed. My computer was having issues I couldn't afford to fix or get a new one so I recorded them on a friend's iPad, running a mic and midi through an apogee duet into it. I had never felt more alive. They haven't been mastered yet and will be when they appear on a forthcoming release with another 6 songs. I decided to put them up before the release because I wanted to get feed back from people and for them to be left somewhere for people to listen to in case I die before the project is ready for release.
